Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

Provide oversight and management to all projects currently underway. Oversee and control schedule and budgets. Control and Monitor labour teams and foremen.

Duties

Development and maintain project documentation (schedule, management plans, project financials etc) Contract management Monitor, Control and report on KPIs for project to Management regularly Oversee quality and health and safety procedures and policies, ensure policies are implemented effectively on site. Report on project progress to Management Maintain and lead great communications with all project stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in interior or any related field, • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Project Management, Interior Design or Architecture or equivalent. • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the project management or related field is required for this position. • Experience in retail, residential and hospitality sectors. • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Assertive, Result oriented, Can Do attitude • Good English communication skills
