A beautifully appointed generous space was opened up further through internal wall reconfigurations. Drawing light and space into the kitchen entertainment area. Allowing outside and inside spaces to merge and offer a place for relaxed informal gathering. A place to exhibit eclectic artworks and architectural pieces acquired from all corners of the world.

Our commission was realized following our earlier work on the 4th Floor at Trapezo from where we received a referral for Trapezo 6th Floor: our second project within this condo.

Bluechip provided services to a Private Individual expanding their property portfolio. The aim for the project was to maximize the value and rentability for the condo.
